London Chess Classic

Each December several HCC members head to this fantastic event at the Olympia conference centre (full details at www.londonchessclassic.com).

I reckon that Friday 7th Dec looks like the best day to go this year. It is round 6 of 9 in the main competition so there could be some hard fought games there, plus the FIDE Open is running with several GMs alongside the women's international. Nigel Short is doing a simul at 6pm and there is a weekender tournament starting around the same time so there will be even more chess on display.
