Anthony Higgs and I met up at the Candidates Tournament in London today http://london2013.fide.com/index.php
We chose an amazing day - seeing both Aronian and Carlsen lose and Kramnik taking the lead...some thrilling chess and some very human mistakes.
Its a rest day tomorrow but well worth following the final few rounds if you possibly can - if not in person , at least online!

Great day out
Chessdom described yesterday as "one of the most astonishing days in chess history" which may be going a bit far but it was fantastic entertainment and a reminder that even the very greatest players can make all too human blunders. A word also for Peter Svidler who has to be one of the nicest guys in the top flight, some excellent and witty analysis from him in the commentary room.
