Horsham 4 v Crowborough 2 Result

We were out graded on boards 1-4
A tough contest with two games adjourned, Julie will more than likely concede the game being the exchange down and I am looking at Melusi's game which I think will be a draw.
Ron had a funny looking c file with tripled pawns and bowed out gracefully while Laurence arriving late and with the clocks ticking did well to get the better of his opponent. Paul had picked up the draw but going over the game afterwards a spectator spotted a winning move for the opponent before Paul had to exchange his queen for the rooks.

All in all a good night of chess but it seems we may lose this won 3-2

UPDATE: Julie did concede the game, while Melusi agreed a draw with his opponent. The final result was therefore the 2-3 loss Dave predicted.
